Jeep Cherokee Sport Stroller Light? HELP?

I saw this stroller, but also another model called the Jeep Cherokee stroller wheel with child. Mine did not come with a steering wheel, but wondered why some Jeep models do not come with it? Older models, all used for transport, but new sold at Wal-Mart. Just curious why this is and if anyone knows where I can get a wheel on mine.
